the cottage and garden...

The lounge diner is furnished with two settees and a leather reclining chair. Naturally, a widescreen colour tv is provided with Freeview plus a DVD player. A radio and CD player with Hi-Fi is also located here.

The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge (with small freezing compartment) , microwave and other usual kit such as kettle, crockery and so on. We provide tea towels.

The cottage is centrally heated - and usage is included.

Both bathrooms have showers and both of these are power showers. There is a separate bath.

Pantile Lodge has its own garden with patio seating area. There is a small area of grass, established small trees and other shrubs.

Parking is off road. Access is from the gravelled parking area (one step) and through the garden to the cottage (1 step at door).

Best of all the garden faces south - so a nice place to sit in the sun and relax. Garden chairs are provided together with table and parasol.

Mums and Dads please note that within the rockery there is a small ornamental pond so children should be supervised at all times.

Whilst we are dog lovers we are sorry but pets are not allowed in the cottage.
